How it works
WAFP is built in layers. Each layer makes the next one easier. Here is each layer and where we are today.
Discovery
An AI chats with your staff about their work. WIWOS developers review the notes and write down each workflow in full. This is the first step.
Available nowConnectors
Secure connections to the software you already use, such as accounting software, email and file storage.
ComingSkills
Small reusable abilities, such as finding a customer or retrieving an invoice.
ComingWorkflows
Steps that complete a task, such as following up an unpaid invoice.
ComingAgents
AI workers with a role, each using one or more workflows.
ComingWhere we are heading
Company A uses accounting software. Over time it could have a finance helper, a sales helper and a reporting helper, all sharing one connection to that software.
Illustration only. This is where we are heading, not something available today.
The more workflows we write down properly, the easier they are to reuse. That is why we start with discovery.
Who can see what
Every company has its own account. People see only what their role allows: a company administrator sees all the workflows of that company, and each staff member sees only their own.
